Measurement platform

A measurement platform is a cast iron platform used for precision measurement of workpieces or equipment,with good planar stability and toughness.The working surface is flat or has a T-shaped groove,which can be determined based on the actual measured workpiece.

Measurement platforms can be divided into two categories:gray iron and marble.Cast iron measuring platforms are generally used for measuring heavier workpieces.Marble measurement platforms are generally used for measurement work with relatively high precision and low workpiece weight.

Measurement platform accuracy:According to the standard metrological verification regulations,it is divided into four levels:0,1,2,and 3.

The technical requirements for measuring platform design are generally based on the Chinese Machinery Industry Standard JB/T 7974-2000,and the measuring platform is manufactured according to the GB4986-85 standard.

A cover made of wooden boards is suitable for measuring the platform.When not in use,cover the grinding plate with a cover and prohibit water droplets from falling on the plate.Cast iron flat plates need to undergo periodic verification,and the verification period should be determined based on the specific situation of use,usually one year.

During the use of the measuring platform,be careful not to expose it to moisture or corrosion.Use and store the measurement platform in high and low temperature environments.A general measurement platform(measuring platform)can have a long service life as long as it is used and stored correctly,and the accuracy of the working surface of the measuring platform can be maintained for more than 2 years.

Inspection of flatness of measurement platform:The inspection of flatness of measurement platform has a different concept from the previous standards.In use,the focus is no longer solely on the contact points of the measurement platform.Generally,the side can be placed on the flatness inspection.As the specifications of workpieces and measurement platforms continue to increase,the requirements of workpieces for measurement platforms are also changing,The number of touchpoints on a measurement platform is closely related to its processing cost,so wise users no longer deliberately demand touchpoints on the measurement platform.In addition to selecting the optimal composition for local production,heat treatment is also an important way to further adjust and improve the matrix structure to enhance the performance of cast iron.

The measurement platform checks the dimensional accuracy or behavioral deviation of the parts,and the measurement platform(measurement platform)can also make lines.It is a flat reference measuring tool in mechanical manufacturing inspection.
