Cast iron platform installation method:

1.Anchor device:The cast iron platform can be designed with anchor devices.Initially,the user prepares the foundation and pre embedded holes based on the drawings of the cast iron platform,and then places the anchor device in the pre set reserved holes to adjust the degree of the cast iron platform.

2.Anchor bolt device:The cast iron platform designs the device according to the user's request,and the anchor bolt device.

3.Shim iron device:adjust the cast iron platform to the appropriate level and evenly distribute the load on each support point.Environmental temperature(20±5)℃.Vibration should be prevented during use.The advantages of using a pad iron device on a cast iron platform are that the device is easy to move.

4.Support device:Gently place the cast iron platform onto the support and adjust the fine adjustment bolts on the support to the level of the cast iron platform.The bracket can reduce the labor intensity of inspectors.The height of the bracket is usually around 500-600mm.

How to improve the quality of cast iron platforms is constantly the pursuit of casting technicians.In fact,external core making is one of the key processes in the composition process of platform castings,which has important impacts on the quality,forming cost,consumption rate,labor intensity,and environmental pollution of castings.Just by controlling the process of shaping the core,we can improve the quality of our cast iron marking platform.

The installation of stiffness testing for cast iron platforms consists of the following parts:

1.Weights(load):Weights are standardized measuring tools for transmitting mass values,and are used by fitters and workbenches.

2.Weight support:It is installed on the flat working surface and should not have any connection with the crossbeam.

3.Comparator:A commonly used torsion spring comparator,which is installed in the middle of the crossbeam.

4.Cushion block:used to support the crossbeam.

5.Flat plate:used for workpiece detection or marking welding platform.

6.Cross beam:A device installed along the diagonal direction of the flat working surface,which should have sufficient rigidity.

According to its structure,cast iron platforms are divided into rib plate and box type.Reasonable design of the thickness,height,and number of reinforcement ribs plays an important role in the accuracy of cast iron platforms.Reinforcement bars can improve the structural strength of cast iron platforms,which is beneficial for avoiding cracking due to excessive internal stress;Moreover,due to the use of cast steel materials in the body,the strength of the cast iron mold in resisting thermal expansion and contraction is increased.Even if cracks occur,welding and repair of the cracks can be easily stopped,which can be repeatedly used and extends the service life.

Inspection request for cast iron platform:

The process and method of confirming whether the cast iron platform castings can meet the design requirements.Testing is usually divided into the following categories:

1.Platform density:pressure testing to check for casting leakage and organizational compactness.

2.The platform should have corresponding thickness and weight.If the flat thickness of the platform is too thin,heavy workpieces are prone to deformation when placed on the surface,which affects measurement accuracy.

3.The platform should scrape a specified number of points within the specified measurement range,and the points should be evenly distributed.

4.Appearance:Visual inspection methods for surface defects,magnetic particle testing,and immersion testing.

5.Test bar:Cast iron platform test bar for detecting the shape and structure of cast iron graphite using acoustic wave method;Eddy current method for hardness testing of steel materials and non-ferrous metal structures.

6.Internal platform:Radiography for internal defect detection,fluorescence display method,and special wave method.
