Basic platform

Basic flat plate,also known as basic platform,cast iron basic flat plate,or cast iron basic flat plate,refers to the flat surface that needs to be placed in industrial production to test the machining accuracy of some bulky large workpieces.Basic flat plate(basic platform)can not only inspect large equipment,but also measure the flatness of the inspected workpiece.It is the reference plane in industrial measurement.Basic platform(basic flat plate)Specially used for measuring large equipment.

The basic platform is specifically designed for large equipment's basic platform(flat panel),with stable structure and wear characteristics.It can achieve 3000mm-6000mm flat panel splicing,and the product is made by scraping or grinding.

The basic platform is suitable for various assembly,welding,and inspection work,and is a reference plane for precision measurement.It is used for machine tool mechanical assembly,inspection and measurement benchmarks,checking the dimensional accuracy or behavioral deviation of parts,and performing assembly,welding,and marking.It is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.

Basic platform weight deviation:During the production process,the cast iron basic platform will produce a theoretical weight deviation.According to the standard requirements,the weight error should generally not exceed 5%of the weight,otherwise it will affect the use of the cast iron platform.

Basic platform types:According to their purposes,they can be divided into inspection plates,marking plates,welding plates,assembly plates,test plates,riveting plates,grinding plates,etc.

Basic platform material:Cast iron HT200-300 has a working surface hardness of HB170-240.After two manual treatments(manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years),the product has stable accuracy and good performance.

Basic platform specifications:100*100-3000*6000,(specifications made according to the buyer's drawings).

Basic platform accuracy:According to the standard metrological verification regulations,it is divided into four levels:0,1,2,and 3.

Basic platform usage and maintenance:

1.Before use,use non corrosive gasoline,wash the working surface with rust proof oil,and wipe it clean with degreased cotton yarn before use.

2.Temperature changes can cause measurement errors and should be used within the range of 20±50C.

3.Use a spirit level to adjust to the horizontal position,so that the fulcrums are evenly distributed on each fulcrum.

4.Be careful and avoid collisions when using.

5.After using the basic platform,wipe it clean,apply anhydrous and acidic rust proof oil,cover it with paper,and store it in a clean and dry place.

Installation of basic platform:

The basic platform needs to be installed and debugged during use.Then it can be used.Working on a foundation plate that has not been installed and debugged properly is meaningless.Non personnel installation and debugging of the foundation plate is a violation of regulations,which may damage the structure of the foundation plate and even cause deformation,making it unusable.So before use,we need some staff to install and debug the basic tablet.Non personnel installation and debugging are illegal operations,otherwise they can be used.

After installation and debugging of the basic platform,wipe the working surface of the basic plate clean and use it after confirming that there are no problems.During use,pay attention to avoiding excessive collision between the workpiece and the working surface of the basic plate to prevent damage to the working surface of the basic plate;The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the base plate,otherwise it may cause a decrease in work quality,damage the structure of the base plate,and even cause deformation of the base plate,making it unusable.

The basic platform is suitable for various inspection work and measurement reference planes;Used as a benchmark for mechanical inspection and measurement of machine tools;Checking the dimensional accuracy or shape deviation of parts and making tight markings is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.
