Cast iron V-shaped iron is used for shaft inspection,correction,marking,and can also be used to inspect the verticality and parallelism of workpieces.Inspection,marking,positioning,and clamping of shaft parts during mechanical processing.Mainly used to place circular workpieces such as shafts,sleeves,and discs,in order to find and draw the centerline.Generally,V-shaped blocks are a pair of two pieces,and the planes and V-grooves of the two pieces are ground out in one installation.The parallelism and perpendicularity error between the surfaces of the V-shaped blocks are within 0.01 millimeters.The centerline of the V-shaped groove is within the symmetrical plane of the V-shaped frame and parallel to the bottom surface.The concentricity and parallelism error are also within 0.01 millimeters.The half angle error of the V-shaped groove is within the range of±30~±1.The V-shaped block can also be used for marking.The V-shaped block with a clamping bow can firmly clamp the cylindrical workpiece onto the V-shaped block and flip it to various positions for marking.
