The cast iron V-frame is made of cast iron material.According to accuracy,it can be divided into two types:ordinary accuracy.

Introduction to specifications of cast iron V-frame

1.V-shaped iron is manufactured according to the JB/T8047-95 standard,also known as V-frame.Commonly used types include three port V-shaped iron,single port V-shaped iron,and five port V-shaped iron.V-shaped iron is made of HT200-250 material and supplied in pairs.It is mainly used for inspection,marking,positioning,and clamping of shaft parts in mechanical processing.

2.V-frame accuracy:divided into level 1,level 2,and level 3.

3.The V-shaped frame is mainly used to place circular workpieces such as shafts,sleeves,and discs,in order to find and draw the centerline.

Generally,a V-frame consists of one pair of two pieces,and the planes and V-grooves of the two pieces are ground out in one installation.The parallelism and perpendicularity error between the surfaces of the V-shaped frame are within 0.01 millimeters.The centerline of the V-shaped groove is within the symmetry plane of the V-shaped frame and parallel to the bottom surface.The concentricity and parallelism error are also within 0.01 millimeters.The half angle error of the V-shaped groove is within the range of±30~±1.The V-shaped frame can also be used for marking.The V-shaped frame with a clamping bow can firmly clamp cylindrical workpieces onto the V-shaped frame and flip them to various positions for marking.
