1.The selection of tooling platforms depends on the size and shape of the product,and D16 series platforms are often used for sheet metal and small steel structural components;

2.The D28 series platform is commonly used in the large steel structure and heavy machinery industry,and it is recommended to use the D22 series for situations with significant changes in workpiece size;

3.The selection of accessories should be determined according to the shape,size,and complexity of the workpiece;

4.When the platform cannot meet the size of the workpiece,support components such as U-shaped square boxes,L-shaped square boxes,and support angle iron can be used for expansion and extension.

The three-dimensional flexible welding flat plate has five working faces,with the sides used for expansion or auxiliary positioning;

1.Divided into three series by series:D16/D22/D28;

2.The holes in the D16 series areΦ16.The array is composed of holes with a spacing of 50mm±0.05,and the surface is distributed with 50x50mm grid lines;

3.The holes of the D22 series areΦ22.The array is composed of holes with a spacing of 75mm±0.05,and the surface is distributed with 75x75mm grid lines;

4.The holes of the D28 series areΦ28.The array is composed of holes with a spacing of 100mm±0.05,and the surface is distributed with 100x100mm grid lines.

1)The flatness of the tooling platform is≤0.15mm/m2,and the perpendicularity between the 3D platform plane and the side is≤0.15mm/m;

2)Material of tooling platform:steel parts(low alloy steel Q345),subjected to overall heat treatment and internal stress;

3)The tolerance of hole spacing position is within±0.05mm;

4)ΦThe 16 series hole spacing is 50mm,ΦThe 28 series hole spacing is 100mm.
