The cylinder of the sine gauge should be fixed to the main body with screws and should not cause deformation of the cylinder and the main body;The tightened screws must not expose the cylindrical surface.The screw holes for fixing the cylinder on the main body shall not expose the working surface.

The working surface of the sine gauge shall not have defects such as cracks,scratches,slag inclusions that seriously affect the appearance and performance of use.

The hardness of the main working surface of the sine gauge shall not be less than 664HV,the hardness of the cylindrical working surface shall not be less than 712HV,and the hardness of the baffle working surface shall not be less than 478HV.

The maximum allowable value for the roughness Ra of the main working surface of the sine gauge is 0.08μm.The maximum allowable value for the surface roughness Ra of a cylindrical working surface is 0.04μm.The maximum allowable value for the surface roughness Ra of the baffle working surface is 1.25μM.
