Rainproof cover

Rainproof cover is made of pressed color steel plate,which is coated with cold-rolled steel plate,galvanized steel plate,surface chemical treatment,coating(roller coating)or composite film(PVC film,etc.),and then baked and cured to make the product.Some people also refer to this product as"pre roll coated color steel plate"or"plastic color steel plate".

Rainproof cover,also known as rain cover,color steel rain cover,conveyor rain cover,conveyor dust cover,belt conveyor rain cover,etc.Rainproof covers have a wide range of applications and can be applied to power plants,cement plants,steel plants,chemical plants,coal plants,ports,docks,mining enterprises,etc.

Rainproof covers play a role in protecting goods and the environment.When goods are transported,they can reduce the loss and waste of goods,making the conveyor belt more durable and extending the service life of the transport aircraft.

Advantages of rain cover:

1.The rainproof cover board has a 900 type small ripple,and after deducting the overlap,the width can reach 890mm.

2.The suitable tape width for rain covers is B500-B3000,and rain covers in different shapes can also be produced according to customer requirements.

3.The thickness of the rainproof cover color plate is 0.45mm-0.8mm,and it is made of colored steel plate,galvanized plate,and stainless steel plate.

4.The width of the rain cover is increased by 40mm-60mm compared to some rain covers produced in the same industry.

5.Among the four forms of conveyor rain covers,the fixed cover and the open and closed cover are both made of galvanized corrugated steel plate or color coated steel plate.Generally,there are 9 fixed covers and 1 open and closed cover in every 10 cover positions,and the two types of covers can be arranged alternately.When installing,press the open and close cover onto the two adjacent fixed covers on the left and right,with a overlapping length of one or two wave lengths.Pay attention to placing the hinged side of the open and close cover on the non passing edge of the conveyor,and the side with a locking buckle on the passing edge of the conveyor.

6.As a fixed frame for the conveyor cover,it is made of connecting angle steel or Z-shaped steel,and its length is equal to the installation length of the conveyor cover.Weld the connecting angle steel or Z-shaped steel onto the channel steel or small angle steel on both sides of the conveyor frame.If it is necessary to install support angle steel,first weld the support angle steel to both sides of the frame,and then weld the connecting angle steel or Z-shaped steel to the support angle steel.

7.Install the rain cover from one end of the rack to the other in a"product"shape.During installation,no one is allowed to stand on the rain cover and do not use force to hit or strike it.

8.Fix the rain cover onto the connecting angle steel or Z-shaped steel using self tapping screws,with at least 4 fixing points per piece.

9.Every 10 pieces,one observation type rain cover can also be installed for easy maintenance and inspection.

10.The folding point cover is only used at the folding point of the convex arc section of the conveyor,while the deviation switch cover is specifically designed to cover the deviation switch.Both are covered on a fixed cover.
