5、Installation method of plastic steel ladder for manhole

1.In situ pouring method:When pouring concrete,the ladder is poured synchronously,with a height of 30-35cm between the ladders.The length of the foot of the ladder buried in the concrete is 15-18cm.It is prohibited to use concrete before it reaches final set.2.Post installation method:After 4-5 days of concrete pouring,measure the dimensions at the required installation site of the ladder,pull two parallel lines up and down,with a straight line gap of 33cm(this is the gap between the two legs of the ladder),and determine the height between the ladders.Water drill or impact drill can be used to drill holes,with a depth of 15-18cm and a diameter of 3-6cm.Use a brush,air cylinder,or pressure fan to clean the hole,use high viscosity epoxy or anchoring adhesive,pour it into the hole,and then insert the feet of the ladder into the hole for 15-18cm,based on the overflow of the adhesive.After cleaning the overflow hole with glue,it is prohibited to use it until the glue is dry.
