After the hexagonal wrench product is formed,it undergoes high-temperature blueing treatment.In a high content solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrite,at a temperature above 140 degrees,a dense oxide film(Fe2O3 and Fe3O4)is formed on the surface of steel parts.Different steels have different color differences,which are independent of roughness;The blue film does not turn blue,so it needs to be treated with anti rust oil after turning blue.Other surface treatments can also be carried out according to customer requirements.
