The deflection tester is mainly used to detect the radial,circular runout,and end face circular runout of shaft and disc components.The product design is novel,beautiful,and easy to operate.

Material selection for the yaw tester:

The deflection tester is made of cast iron,and the blank undergoes two tempering(aging treatment)to reduce the stress of the casting by more than 90%,preventing deformation of the product during use and causing accuracy errors to exceed the specified range.After being processed by a gantry planer and a guide rail grinder,the castings are manually scraped to achieve the specified accuracy.Then,the guide rail slot box and guide rail seat of the tail seat are ground and scraped to control the straightness to≤0.005,vertical accuracy to≤0.003,and parallel accuracy to≤0.01.The deflection instrument uses a Mohs No.2 or No.6 conical surface.

The use of the yaw tester:

Tighten the eccentric shaft handle and first fix the fixed seat on the instrument mount.Fix the movable seat in a suitable position according to the length of the tested part.Press down the ball handle,insert the part,and use two to counter the center hole of the part.Tighten the fastening handle to secure it.Place the activity watch holder in the desired position.The testing work can be carried out in conjunction with 90%wheat(1000%wheat).
