The vertical car crossbeam castings are all made of resin sand and lost foam full mold casting,with a single piece capacity of over 40 tons and an annual production capacity of about 8500 tons.Including the bed,workbench,columns,crossbeams,gantry roof,and connecting beams.

The material of the vertical car crossbeam castings is delicate gray cast iron HT200-HT300,with a ratio of high tensile and bending strength,making your purchase worry free.

Heat treatment process reduces the stress deformation of castings to a small degree.Use tends to be more stable.

Vertical car crossbeam castings are mainly used as blanks for machine components,and some castings can also be directly used as machine components.Castings account for a large proportion in mechanical products,such as tractors,vertical car crossbeam castings account for about 50-70%of the total weight of the machine,agricultural machinery accounts for 40-70%,and machine tools,internal combustion engines,etc.account for 70-90%.Among various types of castings,there are many types of mechanical castings with complex shapes and large quantities,accounting for about 60%of the total production of castings.Next are steel ingot molds used in metallurgy and pipelines used in engineering.
