Splicing bending plate

Bending plates are divided into splicing bending plates,cast iron bending plates,right angle bending plates,T-groove bending plates,ordinary bending plates,right angle iron plates,right angle steel plates,right angle ruler bending plates,and inspection bending plates.

Bending is mainly used for component inspection and clamping in mechanical processing.Used to inspect the 90°angle of workpieces,check the mutual perpendicularity of the relevant surfaces of components during equipment maintenance,and is also commonly used for marking by fitters.It can also be commonly used for inspection,installation,and vertical plane inspection of machine tools,and can check the verticality of workpieces on cast iron flat plates.It is suitable for mechanical and instrument inspection and inspection of non verticality between machine tools.

Splicing bending plate(cast iron splicing bending plate)is a combination of two or three cast iron bending plates,with a T-shaped groove on the surface of the bending plate.

Splicing bending plate(cast iron splicing bending plate):manufactured according to JB6092-85 standard,made of HT200-HT300 material,with a working surface using scraping technology,used for component inspection and clamping in mechanical processing.The hardness of the working surface is between HB170-220.
