Single T-groove ground rail

Single T-groove ground rails are used for assembly,testing,welding,and inspection of large equipment.

The material of the single T-shaped groove ground rail is cast iron HT200-300.

Selection criteria for single T-groove ground rails

The load carried by a single T-shaped groove ground rail is smaller than that of large foundation platforms such as dynamic test benches due to the strip structure of the ground rail.If the load is too large,an enlarged size can be used.The solution is to improve the material and strengthen the laying density.

Installation requirements for single T-groove ground rails

(1)After the ground rail installation,the horizontal error should not exceed 1mm within a length of 1m,and the total length should not exceed 2mm.The horizontal error of the corresponding points between the trajectories should not exceed 1mm,and the parallelism error between every two trajectories should be less than 2mm.

(2)The burial of the ground track should be equal to or slightly higher than the above ground decorative layer by 3-5mm.

(3)The method of fixing the trajectory is to use M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails at the required distance(about 500-700mm)on the inner two ends of the trajectory.The bottom surface of the track should have a tight adhesion to the ground,and there should be no virtual gaps to avoid twisting and deformation after the ground track is loaded.The burial of the ground track should be equal to or slightly higher than the above ground decorative layer by 3-5mm.
