T-groove ground rail
Different names for T-shaped groove ground rails
Ground rail,T-groove ground rail,ground beam,ground groove iron,foundation groove iron,single T-groove platform,cast iron ground rail.Mainly used to fix workpieces,it is the basic work platform for fitters to debug equipment,assemble equipment,and maintain equipment.
Material selection of T-shaped groove ground rail
The T-shaped groove ground rail is made of gray cast iron HT200-250,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240.The casting has undergone two rounds of artificial annealing at 600℃-700℃or natural aging for 2-3 years to remove internal stress,with stable accuracy and good performance.
The main uses of T-shaped groove ground rails
The T-shaped groove ground rail is used for assembling,experimenting,welding,and inspecting large equipment platforms.The ground rail platform is sensitive and convenient to use,and can adjust its position according to the support points of the equipment,which is more conducive to the operation of the equipment.When encountering large mechanical equipment,several or more ground rails can be spliced together as a load-bearing platform for use.Ground rails are an essential equipment in industry.
Basic protection of T-shaped groove ground rails
1.When installing the ground rail,the various support points of the ground rail should be padded and compacted with adjusting shims,and the ground rail should be adjusted to a qualified accuracy by skilled personnel.
2.The ground track shall undergo regular weekly inspections in accordance with national standards[2],and the inspection period can be 6-12 months based on detailed conditions.
3.The ground track should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment,away from heat sources,corrosive gases,and corrosive liquids.
4.Pad and level the ground rail support points,ensuring that each support point receives equal force and the entire ground rail is stable.
5.When the ground rail is not necessary,the task surface should be cleaned in real time,then coated with a layer of anti rust oil and covered with anti rust paper.
6.In order to avoid deformation of the ground rail,when lifting the ground rail,four steel wire ropes of the same length should be used to hang the four lifting holes on the ground rail,and the ground rail should be smoothly lifted on the transportation object.
7.In order to avoid complete deformation of the ground rail,after use,the workpiece should be removed from the ground rail to prevent deformation caused by long-term heavy pressure on the ground rail.
Precautions for T-shaped groove ground rail operation
1.The fixing method for cast iron ground rails is to fix them firmly with M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails at the required spacing(about 500-700mm)on both sides of the inner side of the track.The bottom surface of the track should be tightly adhered to the ground,without any virtual span gap,to prevent bending deformation of the ground rail under load.
2.Installation of the ground track:using a strip bridge slab and an imaging level.First level one ground rail,then use it as a benchmark and proceed with the initial adjustment downwards in sequence.Then cement grouting is carried out,and after the cement slurry solidifies,precision adjustment inspection is carried out.
3.The burial of cast iron ground rails should be level with the ground decorative layer or slightly higher than 3-5mm.
4.After the installation of the ground track,the horizontal deviation should not exceed 1mm within any 1m length,and the total length should not exceed 2mm.The horizontal deviation between the corresponding points of the tracks should not exceed 1mm,and the parallelism deviation between every two tracks should be less than 2mm.
