Debugging methods for cast iron platforms

Debugging method for cast iron platform:
1.Place the cast iron platform flat on the ground,adjust the stability of the four corners to the touch,and fine tune the movable feet until they are stable.
2.Place the cast iron flat plate on the bracket and adjust its fulcrum position to be as close to the center as possible.
3.Adjust each support foot initially to evenly distribute the force on each support point.
4.Use a level measuring instrument(such as a level ruler or electronic level gauge)to check the degree of the flat plate and fine tune the relevant support points until they match the degree position.
After the initial adjustment is qualified,let it stand for 12 hours and stop copying.If it is not qualified,stop adjusting again.Only after it is qualified can it be used.
6.Conduct periodic testing and maintenance based on practical on-site environment after application.
Cast iron platform:
After the cast iron welding platform is cast,it is inevitable that casting defects will appear.Repairs must be stopped within the range allowed by the national standard.The current casting defect is to stop welding and repair.Welding repair,with higher accuracy than electric welding machines.There are many types of welding wires,and they are widely used in stainless steel and aluminum alloy products.Can be used for welding,with high strength.Defects are small defects(such as pores and sand holes),and due to excessive impact,there are traces on the edge of the melt pool.Welding repair steel parts with hard spots.When welding repair work planes,thermal deformation is prone to occur.
Stop the demand for the following situations that occur during the use of the marking platform in a timely manner,otherwise it will affect the normal use of the platform.
1、Appearance shows dents,scratches,wear or cracks.
2、Plane deformation;
3、Excessive operational error;
4、When not yet in use,the drawing size has been changed;
5、Due to the inadequate formulation of the tool consumption quota plan,it is necessary to change the backlog of excessive types of measuring tools to other types of measuring tools with similar sizes and structures;
6、Due to changes in consumer technology or measurement methods,the structure of measuring tools also needs to be modified accordingly.In this case,the process department should fill out a card to confirm whether the original measuring tools can be used to stop the modification.
Regarding measuring tools,technical acceptance conditions for measuring tools should be formulated,and the acceptance standards for measuring tools should be understood.
