Debugging method for the degree of marble platform
1.Use a frame level gauge,electronic level gauge,or composite level gauge to adjust the degree first.
2.Stop the detection step by step using the bridge slab matching degree meter,calculate the detected data,and adjust the support points of the marble platform based on the measured data.
3.Adjusting the platform can also be done using‘Soil;Method:Before adjusting the tablet,check whether each fulcrum can be firmly supported and ensure that there is no overhanging fulcrum.
4.Place a straight ruler at the diagonal position of the flat plate first,and then quietly shake one end.The support point of the ruler in contact with the platform should be about 2/9 of the ruler.
5.Use the same method to detect the four corners of the platform in sequence.If there are three or more fulcrums,use the same method to adjust the auxiliary fulcrums,and note that the force of the auxiliary fulcrums is smaller than that of the four flat plate corners.
6.The marble platform adjusted in this way can be easily inspected using a frame level instrument or a composite level instrument,as the entire marble platform is flat.
Debugging method for marble platform
1.Place the cast iron platform flat in the air,adjust the tactile stability of the four corners,and fine tune the movable feet until they are stable.
2.Place the platform on the bracket and adjust its fulcrum position to be as close to the center as possible.
3.Adjust each support foot initially to evenly distribute the force on each support point.
4.Use a level measuring instrument(such as a level ruler or electronic level gauge)to check the level of the platform and fine tune the relevant support points until they match the level position.
After the initial adjustment is qualified,let it stand for 12 hours and stop copying.If it is not qualified,stop adjusting again.Only after it is qualified can it be used.
6.Conduct periodic testing and maintenance based on practical on-site environment after application.
