4.Appearance and quality of cast iron platform.

5.To reduce the impact of the self weight of the cast iron platform on the accuracy of the platform during the loading and unloading lifting process,the design of all platform lifting holes conforms to the Bessel fulcrum principle.

6.The cast iron platform is free of rust,slip marks,and other appearance defects that affect its performance.Casting defects such as sand holes,air holes,and cracks that seriously affect its performance are not allowed.

7.The processing surface of the cast iron platform is coated with anti rust oil,while the non processing surface is coated with anti rust paint and topcoat.

8.In order to improve the deformation resistance of cast iron platforms,according to the strength theory of data mechanics,a box reinforcement structure is adopted,and a semi enclosed box section is adopted for the section,so that the longitudinal and transverse sections of the platform are all in an I-shaped beam structure

Care and maintenance of cast iron flat plates

1.Cast iron flat plates are prone to rusting in humid environments.If not used for a long time,they can be coated with butter and covered with paper.The working surface of cast iron flat plates does not rust.During use,attention should be paid to preventing hard tools from hitting the working surface of cast iron flat plates to improve their accuracy.

2.To avoid deformation of the cast iron flat plate,after the inspection or marking of the workpiece is completed,the workpiece should be removed and not placed on the platform for a long time.

3.A cover made of wooden boards(the outer packaging of the platform is sufficient).When the platform is not in use,cover the working face of the platform with a cover.It is strictly prohibited for water droplets to fall on the working surface of cast iron flat plates and flat plates.

4.Cast iron flat plates need to undergo periodic verification,and the verification period should be determined based on the detailed application conditions.The normal condition is 1 year.

5.During the use of cast iron flat plates,attention should be paid not to use them in humid,corrosive,high and low temperature environments
