How to prevent rust on cast iron platforms

What are the rust prevention methods for cast iron platforms?

1.Applying anti rust lubricating oil and sealing anti rust oil:

Anti rust lubricating oil is used at room temperature,which has both anti rust and lubrication properties,and is suitable for anti rust sealing of lubrication parts of general mechanical equipment;

It is recommended to use anti rust oil with good anti rust performance at room temperature,thin oil film,low dosage,and convenient opening and closing.It is a widely used rust proof oil.

2.Replaceable anti rust oil:The metal surfaces of mechanical equipment,cast iron platforms(cast iron flat plates),and measuring tools are prone to sweating on the hands.Sweat contains sodium chloride and lactic acid,which are soluble in water and insoluble in petroleum solvents,often causing fingerprints to rust.

The adsorption of surfactants in oil displacement and rust prevention oil is very strong,forcing water particles to leave the metal surface and form water particles in the oil,no longer corroding the metal surface.

3.Diluted anti rust oil with paint solvent:The characteristic of this anti rust oil is that it contains volatile solvents.After coating,the solvent evaporates to form a uniform protective film,protecting the metal surface from erosion.
